Project Description
Built a 18,450 SF, one-story fully sprinkled Type V-B building. Site enhancements and landscaping was also covered by the scope.
Tenant #1 – 14,800 SF early childhood learning center and daycare with 10 classrooms to accommodate 20 children each for an overall total of up to 200 students ages two to five.
Tenant #2 – 3,650 SF Health Care Center.
