Site work includes partial removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk on the adjacent property, partial removal and replacement of the valley gutter, installation of several truncated domes, curb ramp at drive cut, and restriping of path of travel markings in drive lane. Selective demolition including but not limited to casework, carpet, industrial filing cabinets, and roof assemblies. Removal and reinstallation of select doors. Infill of walls to match existing walls, new security measures such as electronic door hardware, store from window system with bullet resistive film. Installation of bullet resistive panels in main reception area. New PVC roofing system and warranties. New doors and hardware, ACT ceiling and grid in a portion of the building, and new painting throughout the space. Remove and replace existing signage on the building, including all associated permitting related to the signage scope as well as painting and adding new signage to the monument sign. Select mechanical work as it relates to removing existing HVAC units and replacing new roof top units. Retrofits of existing lighting fixtures and re-lamping of select fixtures.
