This is a fast-tracked project since it must be ready before the start of the next fall semester. The estimated budget for this project is currently $1.5M.

University of Nevada, Las Vegas – Lied Library

This is a Nevada Public Works division project. The project area is around 5,000 square feet and the current estimated budget for this project is $1M. This project works right in the heart of the university and being a library project, it has high end acoustical and soundproof elements in it. The demands and sophistication of owner/client coordination is top level and requires skills of a degreed candidate to match up to the knowledge of the architects and the clients. A formal 2–3 hour progress meeting every other Wednesday is one of their requirements which includes preparing meeting minutes.

Spring Mountain Youth Camp, Mount Charleston, Nevada

This youth detention facility includes 5 buildings and 30,000 square feet. Located 52 miles from Las Vegas at a mountain youth detention center, this project requires extra security measures, background checks and rigorous coordination. The estimated budget for this project is at $1M.

Well Care Pharmacy at Charleston

This pharmacy complex is being built in 2 phases – 3300 West Charleston and 3312 West Charleston. This project is spread over 13,000 square feet and its estimated budget is $2.5M
