Project Description
The scope of work for this project consists of the construction of the removal and replacement of Drain Waste Vent/Water piping and associated plumbing fixtures within DJJS units E6, E7, and E8.

Lessons Learned:
Monument successfully tracked progress schedule every week and maintained another expedited schedule for all subcontractors and distributed that schedule in a jobsite coordination meeting every week. The strategy helped us complete this project 2 months before the actual completion date.
