Project Description
The scope of this project included the demolition four Air Handling Units. Existing Variable Air Volume (VAV) boxes downstream of AHU-BR-09 will be replaced and new ductwork was required. A new exterior roll-up door and stairs will be added for maintenance access. The existing Motor Control Center (MCC) was demolished, and all circuits were moved over to another MCC (MCC-A).
