Monument Project Management developed a well documented style of management which controls risks, uses information to improve collaboration, and creates an exhaustive record. That record is intended to meet reporting obligations of public works contracts, provide meaningful insight, maintain order in the contract, and observe project history through data instead of opinion. All of these efforts allow us to be quick and flexible with a client’s needs without having to leverage quick or bad deals because there isn’t time for due diligence. Our Project Management team and their administrative core are trained weekly to institute a simple uniform approach. This team of Six professionals lives and works from Southern Nevada even when our clients take us outside of Clark County.t.
