Project Description

This project consists of the construction of a 8.5 acre park renovation including a 1/2 mile red asphalt track with 7 workout stations, 1 new baseball field and amenities, 1 new tennis court, 4 new pickleball courts, 3 new basketball courts, all new landscape irrigation system, 240,000 sf of new Bermuda turf, upgrades and additions to the sports lighting system including 8 new Musco light poles, 3 new playground structures with safety surfacing, and the installation of a 4,200 sf modular building.
