This project is located at 5755 E Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89142. Build out will take place in a space measuring approximately 15,852 square feet with the end result to be a new UMC Quick Care and Primary Care clinic location. The existing space is a former Fresh and Easy and indoor swap meet. The renovation work will include, but not be limited to, demolition and addition of walls and finishes with upgrades to the existing HVAC rooftop units
