Project Description
The work consisted of the demolition and removal of existing diesel fuel line piping system, fuel oil burners, fuel oil boilers, water heaters, 10,000-gallon diesel tank, diesel generator and replace it with an underground 18,000-gallon propane tank with cathodic protection and a new propane fuel system, propane furnaces, propane burners, propane condensing boiler, generator with integral double-wall sub-base diesel tank, and domestic electric water heaters. The site construction included grading, selective demolition and removal of storage building, removal and disposal of existing diesel fuel lines, trenching, installation of propane fuel lines and concrete pads for propane fuel tanks, building construction includes removal and disposal of lead base paint, cast in place concrete, metal framing, water heaters
