Project Description

The work consists of replacement of the existing sewer and grease waste line within Zenoff Hall to termination to the nearest cleanouts. The scope removes and replaces, in entirety, the below slab sanitary sewer and grease waste sewer lines, along with new cleanouts and grease interceptor. A temporary kitchen facility will be required for the duration of construction. This facility (temporary kitchen trailer will be provided by Owner under separate contract, however at completion of the contract, the contractor is responsible to remove and safe-off temporary power, water, sewer, and propane connections for this facility
