Project Description

Camp Stimpson was devastated by major tropical storm Hillary in August 2023.  The project site sits 8500 feet above sea level and there was little time to complete repairs prior to the ground freezing.  With the impress effort of subcontractors, particularly VT Construction, Monument completed all improvements, diverted a stream, and rebuilt a retention bond.  The ground froze solid the day after we completed our punchlist, and the next summer was booked for local youth out door experiences.
