Project Description

LOT #1 – DESERT BREEZE RECREATION CENTER: GYM FLOOR REPLACEMENT

The Work consists of new floor replacements to two (2) gymnasiums at Desert Breeze Recreation Center. Desert Breeze Gym 100 is approximately 10,640 square feet, Gym 401 is approximately 9,580 square feet. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division One General Requirements; demolition of floor and base as shown, demolition of existing floor sleeves, demolition of exterior concrete/asphalt, installation of hydraulic cement underlayment, installation of pipe and tube railings, installation of above-grade vapor retarders, installation of wood athletic flooring, installation of resilient base and accessories, installation of tile carpeting, new painting, installation of entrance floor mats and frames, and installation of concrete paving using materials noted on drawings and specifications herein.

The Work consists of new floor replacements to one (1) gymnasium at Pearson Recreation Center. Pearson Gym is approximately 7,650 square feet. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division One General Requirements; demolition of floor and base as shown, demolition of existing floor sleeves, demolition of exterior concrete/asphalt, installation of hydraulic cement underlayment, installation of pipe and tube railings, installation of above-grade vapor retarders, installation of wood athletic flooring, installation of resilient base and accessories, installation of tile carpeting, new painting, installation of entrance floor mats and frames, and installation of concrete paving using materials noted on drawings and specifications herein.
