New Project Announcement

We were awarded the LAS C/E – 3082 – HVAC Improvements at C Gates (PHASE 2) project. This is scheduled to start in October 2025. Construction is set to be over a period of ? months. The project was estimated at $8.4 Million. The project includes the removal and replacement or relocation of seven C-Gates existing air handling units and all associated or designated equipment, controls, ductwork, plumbing, power, conduits and connections at designated mechanical rooms and downstream VAV boxes.
