A little bit about us
A Strong
Foundation
Our founding member managed over $200M in commercial construction projects. Since 2015 Monument returned to its owner’s roots with large ground up commercial projects and government remodel projects.
History 101
Monument started and operated for many years as a small business enterprise in Clark County, Nevada. Due mainly to opportunities with Clark County we exceeded the state’s description for those business although federally we qualify. Monument is grateful for its success and does not seek additional support or disadvantaged preferences.
Our expertise was in remodeling, tenant improvements, and restoration projects. We provided services to investors, property managers, homeowners, and governmental organizations. Our founding member managed commercial building projects totaling $200M. With significant new commercial construction projects and government remodeling projects since 2015, Monument returned to its owner’s roots with large ground up commercial projects and government remodel projects.

Safety Standards
Safety is the standard.
Monument Transitioned a traditional written plan (which we still have (here)) into a modern mobile tool set.
By requiring weekly records and onsite training from 52 weeks of topics we keep safety concerns in the now. We document all observed safety issues onsite in real time and send that record to our team.
There is no excuse for an injury. Work smart, control your environment, keep the rules. Stay safe always. Monument pays for OSHA training for our employees.
