Monument does perform design build projects when the size or complexity makes a traditional design team inefficient. This works well on small Tenant Improvements and complex projects. Standard construction projects should be run through a third party design team.

Monument provides theoretical estimates upon request, but we prefer to generate full construction cost estimates including subcontractors and vendors.
