Project Description

Local racing venue expanded their facilities and added a second track in the adjacent building. The work proceeded quickly, but the permitting and final approval process was delayed due to the age of the existing building’s fire life safety system.  Also, the LVVWD demanded that the building’s owner get involved in what started as a simple T.I., to replace the water service connections to the property.
