Project Description

13,756 SF of Tenant Improvement within an operational sustainability gallery exhibit building that includes play areas, classrooms, storage rooms, and offices. The project consists of remodeling the existing Sustainability Gallery at the Springs Preserve, including demolition of existing exhibits and installation of new facilities, including an indoor play structure, classroom, storage room, office, nature exchange, and other modifications to the interior of the Sustainability Gallery.
